The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel

Room was clean and spacious. Aircon is cold and quiet. TV with cable works well. Pool is free to use and pool towels are provided. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Location is great! Walkable to Ayala the 30th, Megamall, and Estancia. Staff are helpful and professional.

Pool doesn’t have lights so it’s dark to go night swimming. Very cold water.

The 2br also had 2 full bathrooms, spacious and functional living/dining room area, good water pressure and hot water temp, shower was small but had shower curtain, pool was very nice, friendly staff, good location about 10 min walk to Mega mall, easy to catch a Grab, very soundproof - never heard neighboring rooms

Wifi - very slow even for a simple Google search and often have to re-type in pswd Cleanliness - many hairs on the floor when we arrived, sheets had various stains and did not smell fresh, smell of ipis, saw several cockroaches and even one on my toothbrush Bed - mattress has several very uncomfortable lumpy springs No hotel breakfast option but many nearby stores within walking distance Golf was one hole, not really an activity

- Cleaning staff ignores the do not disturb sign ( this was very very bad) - Elevator takes quite long to arrive at a floor - The toilet creates loud sounds that sound like a scream. This sometimes continues for 10-20 minutes. It starts after flushing and also randomly in the day - The fridge freezes EVERY drink!! - The TV is too old and basically unusable - The Safe did not work - The WiFi was bad; no connection in the bathroom and sudden disconnects

Good location with a nice window view, near malls, clean rooms, etc.

According to one of my friends the bed was too soft thar she wasnt able to sleep well because she was uncomfortable

Not recommended anymore. Sky box wasn't working No soap when I arrived yet room was supposed to have been cleaned and was a late arrival so plenty of time. No complimentary coffee or tea but they had a sign say otherwise. Bathroom light switch dirty, not ever cleaned. Toilet roll holder dirty Made up room and took away 2nd towel and still didn't provide coffee or tea. Shower was difficult to adjust, from burning hot to cool. Never got that right
