Never again. Not recommendable. Always have cockroaches (ANYWHERE!) Rooms were all small. Service were always next to nothing. Hey Exchange Regency, please improve 90% of your service (almost everything). From security guard to room service. mostly the attitude of the attendants.

I had a very enjoyable stay at The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel. The location is fantastic—centrally located in Ortigas, with easy access to shopping malls like SM Megamall and The Podium, plus plenty of dining options around the area. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with spacious rooms that are perfect for both short and long stays. I was especially impressed by the kitchen facilities in the room, which made it easy to prepare a meal when I didn’t feel like going out. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a restful sleep every night. The highlight for me was the pool area—it’s well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym was also a nice bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ortigas. It’s a solid option with excellent value for the price, and I’m already planning my next stay here!
