Expedia was worth it. Had no problem with cancellations, in return I had to be loyal to them and keep on using them and referring them as well.
I stayed for 3days and no cleaner cleaned my room,there’s a noisy bar down with poor drunked philipinos that misbehave fighting

Tough location, wont stay so close to P Burgos
A 4 night break after my partner had a mbike accident. Comfy room, sports bar/restro attached with good food, short distance to shops cafe. Aircon a bit noisy, no fridge, no hot water but lukewarm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free drinking water in lobby. Daily linen if required. TV had a gd number of channels but sound poor and no subtitles.
It was a transitory stay, due to unforseen circumstances, and for the value paid, Red Planet is a great option.
A layover place due to some task at the city
