If you want to party then you’ll like it here. If your a Passport bro you’ll like it here😅! The near by bars play loud music until 0400. The area is very dirty and a lot of homeless people and prostitution surrounding the hotel. There are a lot of places in walking distance to eat and a Starbucks across the street. The worst is being followed by homeless demanding money. Now for the hotel, it doesn’t have any roaches inside that I saw, but a few outside the hotel. They have bell men who help with getting your bag from the car and always open the doors for you with a warm welcome and goodbye. Check in you’ll have to sign a waiver that you won’t ruin the bedding, but look at it when you get in; mine already had holes which they tried to charge me for. AC in room is EXTREMELY loud but works so I wasn’t going to complain. Pick your battles! Haha! If your reservation accommodates more than two you will still need to pay for extra towels and pay to have them washed daily. The toilet paper is very thin and the bidet isn’t anything but a hose coming from the toilet. The shower is nice, but it doesn’t have a door so water gets everywhere(don’t put the floor towel down until after shower). If you want your room cleaned make sure to put the sign on the door the night before or your room won’t be cleaned. Beds are nice not too firm and not too soft. We stayed for five days and would book again.

Great option for the price I was able to get. However keep in mind that windows are always locked and you never have fresh air in the rooms. Also the rooms are big enough only for one person, if traveling with another party take two rooms. Also no refrigerator in the room since there is no space for one. The location is great, next to the walking street and close to BGC.

Area is trashy but to be fair it is after New Year's eve. The city leaders need to have an army of cleaners to clean up the place after the event. The hotel is a good stay. I been going there for 12 years. Hotel staff is very professional and respectful.
This is my 4th time staying here and i enjoy the location and fits the needs of just needing a place to sleep/relax nicely. No frills. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As well as having Shooters next door as a 24hr diner/bar works well. From here its easy to walk to the nightlife in Poblacion as well as get to other areas.
