Beautigul property. Commons spaces and rooms were beautifully decorated.

The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully nestled in nature, creating a serene and immersive escape. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, greeting us with open arms and ensuring a memorable stay. Highly recommend!.

If you have the chance to stay in the Poas region this is an amazing hotel to spend a couple of nights at. A comforting blend of Welsh country farmhouse and Frank Lloyd Wright architecture this is a place of rest and relaxation nestled into its surroundings. Curl up with your favourite book in the glass walled library with a tiny woodburner giving a cosy warm glow, add a glass of red wine and you will feel like you are welcomed into an English country house or head down to the pool table and games room after dinner. Friendly welcoming staff, lovely dinners (very reasonable pricing) means that everything is provided on site. We were only there for 2 nights and didn;t get to try the walking trails. The only improvement we could suggest would be a fridge in the rooms.

Staff was great. Everything about the property was great. Only issue is that the rooms had issues with fire ants. We had moved rooms because our first room had them all over the floor coming up through the wood planks. They had us Move to a different room that seem to not have them but when we woke up in the morning, they were everywhere. We were originally booked for one night, but decided to leave for the second night since my partner is severely allergic to fire ants. Other than the issue with the fire ants it was a really gorgeous property with wonderful views!

The property was beautiful! So quiet during our stay. Was able to hear some noise from other people staying in the room next to us but not horrible at all! Paola was so pleasant and sweet! Javier was Also top notch as well! We enjoyed our stay so much! Breath taking views! Homemade breakfast and dinner! Not much for children to do around the property. Would say it's mostly for an adult peaceful stay! 10/10.

We love this place. It is like a gem in the mountains, so cozy, clean, great breackfast and stunning view.
