The Penthouse Hotel

The street noise was unbearable. I was woken up at 4am every morning from all the noise from the street. Staff had to open our door everyday. They had no Key Cards for guests. Elevators need to be serviced.

Property is good, however there seems to always be a problem with something, either the Internet, elevators, door card or something else which makes it very frustrating

Great place, 1st time visit got a great deal on Expedia so I book 2 nights. Close to everything

Staff very friendly and accommodating from parking to making sure the internet is working even late at night The pools open till midnight this time of year you will use it late night swimming is great

The issue with the elevators slow and one broken it was just a waiting game haha on getting to your room

Convenient to get around

The ladies at reception are great, very friendly and always smiling. Convenient pool upstairs and food is pretty good too.

The lift stopped working so had to walk 14 flights of stairs back forth for almost 2 days until it was fixed. In 30 degree heat and 80% humidity it’s not fun. Good exercise though 😂

Venue was pretty central and surrounded by alot of eateries and entertainment

Looks a little rundown, housekeeping service could be more attentive in replacing the supplies. Pillow were too soft for sleeping, there's no support to the neck.

Absolutely Spectacular hotel only a 3 minute walk away from the walking street. I'll definitely be back.
