In April, we stayed at Bluegreen Vacations Big Bear Village with my parents and our two children — three generations traveling together. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience! The room was extremely spacious. We booked a two-bedroom suite with a very large living room that had a pull-out sofa bed, giving us the equivalent of three queen beds in total! There was plenty of space for the whole family to move around comfortably without feeling crowded. The kitchen facilities were excellent — fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. We went to the supermarket, bought ingredients, and cooked our own meals in the room. The hotel lobby offers coffee, and there’s also a game room. One rainy day, we took the kids there to play pool, and they had a great time. The location is fantastic too — just a short walk from Big Bear village. After dinner, we could easily stroll back to the hotel without needing to drive, which was especially convenient with elderly parents and young children. All in all, this was a very pleasant and comfortable family vacation stay. Next time we visit Big Bear Lake, we will definitely choose this resort again!

The coffee bar at the front desk is not available 24 hours. It would be even better if it were open 24/7.

It was definitely elegant very uptown. Feeling the staff was great location was perfect. The pricing was good. My wife enjoyed it and that was my objective was for her to enjoy herself and be comfortable. Thanks to blue Green vacations. It was accomplished. I really enjoyed the fact that it’s right on village Boulevard where all the main attraction is in big bear. Everything is walking distance for us there I will definitely be coming back and bringing my whole family next time.

I think the only thing that I can say, I didn’t like about the property was that I was not able to stay longer other than that it was absolutely perfect

The location was perfect, we loved that it’s gated. Rooms are beautiful and clean and way above our expectations. Staff was friendly and we had a fantastic quiet stay.

cleanliness, spacious, new, nice fixtures

no view even though there were a lot of empty units, we could have been given a much better room. minimal items needed in a time share- no kitchen sponge, no kitchen hand soap, no hot pads, no drying rack for dishes, no dish towels. Only 4 towels provided for six people for three days. there were ants. the beds were so-so. pans were scratched and the toxic kind. not enough paper towels or trash bags provided for 3 days, average usage.
