Very Accommodating staff specially to Mr. Kyle and he is polite when in comes to give informations . Hoping for more easy access to check in thru online.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating from the check in to check out everything was very smooth. They even upgraded our room and provided us a crib for our little one. The breakfast buffet was so delicious the arroz caldo and brownies was one of our favorite. There was also a playroom for the kids and a pool. Overall our stay was fun and the price is reasonable.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff were very accommodating, the room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very beautiful with the christmas decoration and located right in the heart of the city. Kyle at the reception was very helpful

Room was spacious and has agood layout with a small kitchen counter. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good location also since withi no Makati CBD.

The WORST. It shouldn’t even have a 1 star rating. Check-in time is 3:00pm, i called early and asked for a room with a queen sized bed as we have a toddler with us and 2 single beds will not be an option for us. The staff guaranteed a room with a queen sized bed. We arrived at 2:45pm and there were a lot of people in the lobby. The check-in time took some time and we seated at the couch while waiting, only to be told that there are no rooms with queen sized bed that is available. I asked the staff why i was guaranteed in the first place that there is one and now they’re telling me that there’s only rooms with 2 single beds that are available. The staff probably felt how pissed and frustrated I was and suddenly there is an available room for us already with our preferred bed size. To my surprise, the room and the amenities and facilities are quite old. There are literal airbnbs i could’ve booked with the same price with better rooms and amenities. There’s no complimentary mineral water even. All has fees to pay. We left along with our friends who also checked in here at around 5:30pm to attend a Christmas party nearby. When we came back at around 1:30am, we were told that there’s no parking space available and that we should park some place else. WE BOOKED THIS PLACE TO HAVE COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE FOR A NIGHT TO SLEEP IN AFTER A PARTY AND SO WE COULD HAVE ENOUGH REST AND WE WERE TOLD TO PARK SOME PLACE ELSE AND MAKE SURE TO GET OUR CAR BY 6:00AM. Our husbands keep going around the area looking for a place to park and there’s really no place available so we were told by the staff that we could go to RCBC and park there. It is a paid parking that we shouldn’t have a problem with if we had a reserved parking in this place since we are guests here. My husband asked the staff for this accommodation to pay for the parking fee since this is a neglect and issue on their end and they were told that there’s no such thing and that the place will not be paying for the parking fee. This is absurd as we paid PHP3100++ for one night, for an old place that did not have a reserved parking for us. VERY VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF CHARGING THE SAID AMOUNT FOR THIS KIND OF OLD ROOM AND POOR SERVICES.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere felt warm from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a refreshing and memorable experience that reminded us you don’t need to go far to create unforgettable moments; sometimes the right place and the right people are already more than enough.

Spacious rooms, clean facilities, a decent pool and gym — and housekeeping is friendly and prompt, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Staff from HK, FNB and FO. Were all accommodating, had the warmest welcome. The place is kid friendly and very safe. I highly recommend this place.

Nice place, enjoyed it alot. Very budget friendly and a good swimming pool. The environment is very welcoming, and the staff are very kind.
