I truly enjoyed my stay at One Pacific Hotel Makati. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, respectful, and very accommodating, which made us feel welcome right away. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt elegant and comfortable, giving us a truly luxurious experience. The room was well-maintained and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything about our visit was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Location is accessible. The rooms are great. The services are outstanding. We are able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water in the pool is kinda cold but it’s great since less exposed to the sunlight.

"Peace and quiet"

"Nice, cozy room"

Nice cozy room, and i really appreciate staff are very welcoming, i hope too that next time, rooms should be soundproof, i can literally hear others talking beside the room of mine. But overall it was nice experience and i had a good sleep during the night. Thank you.

"Unexpected famoly bonding at the gym!"

Ww had fun staying, most especially at the gym. Coach Jerry is the friendliest coach ever. Exercising became of our family bonding because coach is engaging. Lola (my 79 yr old mom) and 2 daughters (aged 13 and 9) were even convinced to join us in exercising!

It is our 3rd year here at One Pacific Placed Serviced Residences. Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and as expected, it was a home away from home. We would like to commend the receptionist, Sir Kyle, who was very accommodating and professional. His presence and warm smile made our stay extra special. It was indeed a Merry Joyful Christmas at One Pacific Placed Serviced Residences!
