One Pacific Place Serviced Residences

Just wanted to share my experience staying at One Pacific Hotel in Makati! 😊 Super cozy and convenient location, literally a stone's throw away from Trident Tower (perfect for NCLEX takers!). Loved the pool, gym, and food was delicious 🍴 Staffs are super nice and accommodating too, and good looking from utility, guards, and front desk staff and kitchen 🥰Only downside was the shower - it was all-automatic hot water, made my hair curl up 🤣. But overall, 100% would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Manila 💕

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was clean, cozy and very relaxing. Special thanks to the staff who assisted us throughout our stay. Everyone was kind, accommodating and professional. I'd like to give special mention to Ma'am Mica, she was approachable, attentive and her assistance made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Outdated run down rooms. Cock roaches in the rooms. Only give 2 dry towels you have to pay for anything else. Don’t provide full cleanings when they clean the room. No wiping off the tables, sometimes don’t give you new towels. TVs are terrible, just a lot of static can’t see the screen well. Very hard beds. Breakfast is terrible. Lots of noise and knocking throughout the hallways. Customer service was very nice however.

I had a very pleasant stay and I’m truly satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel was well-maintained, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was the front office staff, jade and kyle, they were incredibly kind, warm, and approachable. From check-in to check-out, they were always willing to help and made me feel welcome. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness really made my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at One Pacific Place. The location is super convenient and the place is clean and comfortable. Big shoutout to Mica she was super friendly and helpful and made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s a good place to stay especially if you will be taking your NCLEX as it is located nearby. Concierge (Sir Kyle & Miss Jade) were kind enough to assist us with our rooms as we arrived earlier. Definitely recommended!

Hassle-free experience. They upgraded my room even though I did not request for it. All the staff from reception, security guard, and housekeeping are so accommodating and kind. The unit is clean and all equipments are functioning well. This is really a recommended hotel. Kudos!
