"Poor location"

There was discripancy in dealing with kids especially from arab countries.the hotel location is very far from the cities and adifficult way to reach with high mountin and seasonally ristricted road. But it is nice for people who wants relax.

"Excellent value for money."

A very successful family outing. Hotel excellent value for money from all points of view. Rooms, evening meal, wines, friendliness: all top notch. My only negative point is that everything's in German, and that there is much to be translated into either French or English. Continental breakfast was exceptional - I've never seen such an impressive display of cheeses outside a five-star hotel. Moreover, there's expresso coffee on tap.
