Hotel Valaisia Crans Montana, a Faern Collection Resort

Ce jour là nous avons eu une incendie au SPA. Nous étions dans la piscine et on a dû quitté le lieu en maillot de bain. Tout en sachant que mes enfants sont été aussi dans la piscine. Les personnels n'ont fait pas de jeste pour me remboursé une partie de mes séjours. Je suis allée pour me reposer et j'ai vécu le cauchemar. Après cette événement personne nous a pris nouvelle et même pas un mots d'excuse.

Je n'ai rien aimé. Je déconseille vivement cette établissement.

Other than it being close to ski lifts, I really had a negative experience here. Firstly - kids in the spa? The spa you sell as luxury and tranquility? Kids with armbands in the pool when adults are trying to relax and have paid an extortionate amount of money to stay here! Also, they were allowing kids to go into the sauna itself and talk to their parents which other are trying to relax. Anyone can use the spa too, it isn’t strict to guest, people can come and pay, which makes it near impossible to have a chair or somewhere to put your towel. The room itself was nicely decorated, but it wasn’t cleaned once during my stay? 4 nights? I had to chase the cleaner down and ask for fresh towels, again, surely this isn’t the standard expecting of a 4 star hotel? On the topic of the room, the walls are paper thin, the man beside me was snoring through the wall and it was waking it up. If someone walks down the corridor while you’re in bed it will physically shake the entire room. The lift - what on earth is this lift? Max people in the lift at a time was 2. Meaning you had to get out at stops not yours, or yours constantly going up and down trying to get people in a lift that can only fit 2. No room service? A 4 star hotel that doesn’t offer room service? I had contacted receptionist as I wasn’t feeling too great to see if I could have some food delivered to my room and they declined and said for me to come down. It didn’t want to pass anything on nor was I even feeling up for seeing people! There’s no apps on the TV, you have to screen share from your phone etc. They will charge you for water to drink at the restaurant And the food portions from the chefs are ridiculous. They were TINY. I felt embarrassed and judged asking for more.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a family ski holiday. The hotel is located right next to the ski lifts and also within an easy walk to the Montana and Crans villages and their shops and restaurants. The hotel's staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities and rooms are comofrtable and recently renovated. The hotel also offers parking which is a big plus for those travelling by car.
