Really nice stay. Lovely, helpful, and welcoming staff all the way through from reception to the restaurants. Very comfortable and clean rooms, and great spa. Good food in the brasserie in the evenings and decent offering at lunch and at breakfast - all very tasty. Nice bar area. Our first time in Crans-Montana and it was a great all-round hotel, and perfectly located in Montana, even for us as non-skiers.

hotel is closing in March '26. new owners do not care about people who have made a booking or their staff. very poor service at extortionate prices. Literally they do not care and that was clear everywhere in the hotel. the hotel's breakfast is something you would expect in a cheap American Motel, nothing is freshly prepared, everything is processed and tasteless. Sadly the staff have lost the motivation to help or make the experience better for you as they already know they are being made redundant. TERIBBLE.
