I loved the location. We were made to feel very welcome.

The apartment, the inner courtyard, the picturesque sokaki, the location - everything was great and true to description. Highly recommend. But what I would like to add to all the other exceptional reviews and to tell the world about is Mustafa and his wife's hospitality and care about their guests, genuine human care. I was there with a 6-year-old son and I really felt like someone has my back. Thank you, Mustafa. I would book this apartment again without hesitation.

We rested with the family in this hotel for 6 days, we really liked the accommodation, the amenities in the room, and most importantly the excellent location of the hotel. Very atmospheric bar! I want to note the owner of the hotel Mustafa and his wife, wonderful people, gave advice on rest, cheerful and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Our company stayed in Kaya Apart for 9 nights in July. The apartments are located in the center of Bodrum within walking distance of the bus station, supermarkets, marina, beach clubs, market, souvenir bazaar and pier. Around you can find many cafes and restaurants. We occupied the largest apartment with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a huge living room combined with a kitchen. The apartment has everything you need - a refrigerator, stove, washing machine and dishwasher, dishes. The beds are very comfortable. There are mosquito nets on the windows of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. There is also a large terrace from the living room, where you can sit comfortably in the evening. Each room has air conditioning. The owner Mustafa and his wife Nastya are very friendly and hospitable. They quickly responded to all our requests and questions, advised the best places in Bodrum. The apartments are decorated in an authentic Turkish style, with many interesting old details. There is a wonderful courtyard and its own bar. Mustafa makes wonderful cocktails, wonderful lemonade. Even if you do not need accommodation in Bodrum, visit this cute quiet bar, take a break from the bustle of the busy street. They can also offer you board games. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartments and bar Kaya. Thanks to Mustafa for our carefree holiday.

The only downside is the loud music from neighboring establishments until late at night. But everything is solved with earplugs.
