Lovely and helpfull staff,so cute decorated bar,feeling you are chilling in your garden- livingroom and with best tasting cocktails ever. We were staying in cozy apartment with huge terrace and location is in the heart of Bodrum centre.

The place is amazing, really old design, takes you back in history, the staff extremly friendly and helpful, breakfast was tastey and enough, so close to the attractions, the view is magical I open my door and I see mountains and trees, my bedroom has its own little garden, the view while having breakfast is so beautiful, bed and shhets and pillow comfortable, bathroom is good, definitly will stay again and definitly will go back to this place, even staying there is so relaxing, book it without hesitating

excellent location in the city, price-quality ratio, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, air conditioning, refrigerator and washing machine in the room, cozy decor of the courtyard and common space.

minor plumbing problems: the water in the sink was slowly flushing off. sockets are not very conveniently located in one of the rooms.

The hotel is a nice and cozy place, located in the center of the old town of Bodrum. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped - there’s everything you need: a fridge, a cooking desk, a kettle, a coffee machine and even a washing machine. There’s a very beautiful yard with a bar, sofas and armchairs. It’s really pleasant to sit and rest here after a walk through the streets of the old town or along the marina. It takes just 5 minutes to get to the beach or 3 minutes to get to the Castle of Bodrum. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around here, but if you need you can order food delivery right to the hotel. There are also a lot of grocery and clothes shops along the street. The bus station is in 5 minutes, so it’s really easy to take a bus and go to any place on the Bodrum peninsula. The host of the hotel and the bar is Mustafa, very nice, polite, kind and friendly person. Mustafa helped us a lot during our stay. So if you need to book a car, a boat trip, find a good restaurant or a place to visit - you can ask Mustafa and he will help and explain to you everything. I highly recommend Kaya Apart & Pansiyon to everyone!

Ben bu bayramda konaklama gerçekleştirdim. Samimi sıcak bir ortam var. Odalar klasik pansiyon odası ama iki kişiye rahatlıkla yeter ve Bodrum'a gezme maksadıyla geliyorsanız gece kalıp sabah çıkıp gezmek için ideal bir yer. Mustafa bey çok ilgili her konuda yardımcı oluyor.
