La habitación es muy cómoda, amplia y bien decorada

Las instalaciones de la zonas comunes. Los ascensores no funcionaban a ratos y todas las habitaciones están en plantas altas

El lugar. Ideal para descansar del tránsito de Oporto ciudad. El hotel Todo en general. El personal atento y solucionado problemas al instante . Las habitaciones amplias y el detalle del bidé en el wc . Las camas y las sábanas incitaban al descanso

Por poner un pero como a todos los hoteles dos cosas. Las políticas Una el check in a las tres de la tarde y otra no tener servicio de cafetería temprano para tomarte un simple café y obligar a desayunar dentro desayunos continentales. Por lo demás un magnífico hotel.

"Hotel moderno y amplias habitaciones pero muy mala gestión y muchos problemas"

El hotel está muy bien. Habitaciones espaciosas, modernas y limpias. Los empleados fueron muy agradables

Muchos problemas: no había toallas (!!) y tardaron en solucionarlo varias horas, los ascensores no funcionaban (el hotel tiene 10 plantas), el bar cafetería está medio cerrado todo el tiempo y tardan en atender, la TV no funcionaba (me cambiaron dos veces el mando pero no hubo manera…) Había algún desperfecto en los pasillos y habitaciones.

A localização é excelente. O staff muito simpático e prestável. A higiene irrepreensível.

3 elevadores avariados, quarto no oitavo andar... Janelas do quarto não abrem.

O quarto e WC excelentes, limpeza impecável. Decoração simples mas bonita. Localização óptima para o efeito da estadia, que estava mais ou menos a 1km a pé de distância. Estacionamento incluído gratuito.

A entrada com aspeto descuidado, quando se entra não se fica com boa impressão, alcatifas e sofás da entrada completamente datados e com mau aspeto. Falhas no pequeno almoço.
