Boa localização, quarto e wc de grandes dimensões

Pequeno almoço muito pobre, sem reposição, alcatifa sujas, gastas e .manchadas. Apenas tinha um elevador a funcionar. Após marcação de quarto para 2 pessoas, apenas tinha toalha de banho para uma pessoa.

Sem telefone no quarto. Não colocaram água e toalhas no quarto, tanto à chegada como no dia seguinte. Após alertar para estes erros não notei qq esforço para me arranjarem outro quarto com telefone.
