During my stay, I stepped into the shower and immediately realized the floor was still covered in fresh paint. My feet ended up completely stained because the area had clearly not dried properly, despite the hotel later admitting it had been painted recently. This is not just inconvenient, it’s a basic safety and quality control failure. To make things worse, I was charged $20 for an airport transfer of only 3.3 km because I trusted the hotel’s pricing. The next day, staff themselves admitted the standard price was actually $15 and could not explain why I had been overcharged in the first place. While they later adjusted the return trip, the whole situation felt dishonest and poorly managed. I contacted the hotel directly first to give them the opportunity to respond professionally and resolve the situation privately, but I never received any response. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and far below the level of service I expected. I cannot recommend this hotel based on how these issues were handled.

The room was very good but a bit on a small size as I stayed there for 3 nights. Otherwise a very good stay, with very helpful front-desk staff and a pleasant breakfast location.
