La bâtisse, la propreté, l’environnement

L’acoustique Horrible, personnel non compétent, pas de petit déjeuner, si ce n’est une cafetière avec petits paquets de biscuits à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Pas de verre et pas de bouteille d’eau. Pas de volets dans une des chambre. Literie moyenne. Si vous aviez besoin de quelques choses ; personne a l’accueil.

Il letto a baldacchino consiglio di eliminarlo. Polvere su alcuni mobili. L'acqua del bagno faceva fatica a defluire dagli scarichi. Personale assente e telefonicamente non in grado di dare riferimenti per individuare l'immobile. Il pavimento aveva una tavola di legno sfondata e scricchiolava fortemente al calpestio.

"Not a Good property to stay."

Heritage property. Artistically beautiful. Just next to a bus stop in D110 route. Clean property.

Maintenance could be better. The place was very dull (maybe due to off-season or maybe not). The location of the property is 2+ km away from the central bellagio. Limited eateries around. The staff was not professional. They did not care. Even mistakenly moved into our room at midnight. Probably a mistake or not. The room cannot be securely locked.
