"Mala experiencia, sucio y caro"

Estaba sucio, dice ser hotel pero no hay personal, no hay recepcionista, no hay desayuno ni restaurante. No nos hicieron la habitación ninguno de los 3 días.

The hotel has great unachieved potential. Nice location, free parking.

Quite a bad experience. The hotel is not clean, Its service and management needs to be improved. Our complaints were solved during our stay but it is still low value for money overall.

L'hôtel est un très beau bâtiment avec une très belle architecture. La chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bains. Le lit est confortable et la chambre est bien climatisée et propre. L'hôtel dispose d'une petite piscine avec transats dans son parc. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi et le restaurant.est fermé, mais il y a une très bon café pour prendre le petit déjeuner à 50 m . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet établissement, nous pouvons rejoindre facilement le centre de Bellagio et le bord du lac à pied..

Accueil prévu à partir de 13h. Arrivés à 13h30 nous avons du attendre 14h05 pour voir quelqu'un. Une pancarte annonce bed and breakfast mais aucune possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner. Personne le matin à notre départ à 9h... Cher pour ce que c'est. Je ne recommande pas

Nothing,place was derelicted, no staff no swimming pool,I gave spoken with a local shop and a restaurant owner ,and they told me the place it's listed as a dormitory for the staff of they're other hotel and not for catering as a b&b
