Nice hotel and good as it was close to Calais for us to return to UK. Rooms are large and overall clean

Is not good if you have a lot of luggage or travelling with a pram as we were upstairs and the stairs are very small. No lift available.

Modern & minimalistic in style. Clean & spotless. Spa facilities available.

Spacious bed and room. Friendly staff, automatic roof window, AC. Good place for a single person or a couple if you're only looking for a couple of nights sleep over or staying for the wellness options. Easy to find, free parking (5/6 spots max) We only stayed here as my niece got married closeby and so the location was good for us, but if you're on holiday, then you're far away from everything, unless you're driving and don't mind.

Stained Towels, bedroom window facing loading bay, just down from us, overlooking a nearby factory, noisy environment in the building, can literally hear people talking in the room next door and hallway. No lift, to carry baby and his stuff, had to climb steep narrow and dangerous stairs multiple times, with no handrail on the open side, so easy to fall. There's a door which was often left open, blocking the stairs so climbing down the stairs holding a baby and having to kick the door close at the end of the stairs in order to exit the hallway seems dangerous and ridiculous. Fridge not working (was unplugged so that something else was plugged instead). We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to clean the room, refill coffee or change the bins, knowing that we had a newborn baby. There's not much to do inside or outside really, no bar or restaurant but there's a couple of tables for breakfast. As we have a newborn, I marked the option for baby bed, there was none prepared when we checked in; the receptionist did ask if we wanted a crib but it was never delivered, although the bed was so spacious that we ended up sharing the bed with our baby. We also didn't like the black fluffy throw and decor pillows on the bed... It looks nice but can't imagine how dirty the must be (in my opinion, hotels should not have anything other than white (sheets, covers, pillows, etc) and definitely with no fluff on pillows as it's a dust germ trap!)

Comfortable bed and clean room with good shower. I really like that style of it's small mini private hotal for small group of people. The staff are very welcome, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The shower soap- Istanbul perfume fagrance is very delightful. Also very nice area and quiet. The chairs in the were very comfortable and soft. I enjoy the peaceful music in the breakfast area which is my favourate.

The vantalation was not working in the toilet in my room i think. It was very difficult to breath for me when i closed the toilet door because there was no air in out in the toilet. I dont like that is not views from the window (my personal). The staff were cleaning something out side in the garrage that make us awake in the morning.

Room above a spa with pool. If you're lucky you can get a sauna or spa visit with a last-minute discount. Location is pretty peaceful, not really near anything.

Refrigerator was broken. There was a ghastly noise throughout the night, sounded like an air vent blowing through periodically. If there are visitors in the spa or pool, you can hear their conversations in the room. Breakfast is quite expensive for a pretty basic set of croissants and breadslices.
