Friendly staff as always comfortable and nice room.

Bath water was cold, shower wouldn’t turn on, no tv box like last time so only 1 Chanel was way too many flys to deal with woke up at 6am or earlier cause flys landing on face

Aircon was hardly working, seemed like it was set at one temperature.. it was a very stuffy night and neither of us slept well there where two of us but just one towel.. had to pay a €20 deposit for the key card for the room, paid that cash but there seemed to be an issue with not having the cash deposit to return as well as a sleepy and what seemed sick and coughing receptionist Also no water in the room

Liked the style of the place spacious room and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive.

When booking on Booking.com it stated it was a family friendly place and had cots available on request. Also it promoted that it was a spa place with a swimming pool. We purely booked this hotel as wanted to use swimming pool and also said there would be a cot. Having requested before arriving found out it would cost extra for cot but there wasn't any available. Fair enough we make do with double bed. When we arrive we find the hotel gas two rooms only which leads me to believe they must only have one cot. The stairs are along side the sauna area concrete and no sides as a spa place amazing but wouldn't recommend booking as a family also all three days the swimming pool wasn't available and wasn't really walking distance to anything we could do. Overall the staff was nice and if your a couple or a lone traveller this place would hit the spot I'm sure. Having booked both cot and swimming pool wasn't available and when asked about swimming pool and spa they said spa treatments available extra cost however feel the advertised services was not provided so did not feel need to spend any more on top of that.

the location was convenient for my needs. The breakfast was of a good standard

The accommodation did not have onsite access to an iron or ironing board. I was travelling for a wedding and needed to iron my suit. I had to get this done elsewhere This was really inconvenient and surprising that an accommodation that offered spa facilities did not have this facility. I do not feel that staff were understanding of this issue nor did they offer any further assistance.

I didn't take the breakfast. I like the bathroom very much! The bed was comfortable.. I was tired and enjoy my hot wellness-bath and the good sleeping night. I start the day-after with a boost and good energie

Maybe something, The staff was correct and friendly but the lovingkindness did not came from the heart.. The sound was sometimes so overdone that it make me holding back. It was clear that the kindness was like a sucre-cream..it had nothing to do with me..is was a mask, not coming from the inside.. But maybe it is just my sensitive, they do their job in a good way...and they gave me al the information I ask

The staff were excellent. very helpful and welcomed me. super happy with the room and comfortable bed. the breakfast in the morning was more than I could have imagined. set me up for the day. I would stay there again. Very good. Thank you
