Both Shona & Billy were excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The house is 10 mins from the sea front, so there was plenty to do in the area. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Shona & Billy

"Best guest house we've ever stayed in."

This might be the best guest house we've ever stayed in. No kidding. Shona and her husband were magnificent hosts. Breakfast was gorgeous, cooked perfectly, the room was beautiful, the decor was stylish and lovely, it was squeaky clean, and their attention to detail is the icing on the cake. Lovely added touches like chocolate mints on the bed, individual mini bottles of mouthwash in the bathroom, tea and coffee with decaf options supplied for both, the breakfast table beautifully presented and even the sauce bottles were super-clean. No drips or "old dried bits" around the top (which is a pet hate of mine! I'm fussy!!) Honestly we cannot fault a single thing. In addition, we are embarrassed to say we lost our keys. We were mortified but Shona took it so well!!! Not even a frown. She immediately went about getting another set together for us and made no fuss at all. We were incredibly impressed and so grateful!! If you have made it to the end of this rambling review...Book with confidence, you won't regret booking this one, I can promise you that.

Worth every penny! The room was spacious enough for two people, beautifully and stylishly decorated, with a very comfortable and solid bed. The bathroom was equipped with everything we needed. Extra points for the shower cap! Everything was spotless, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the owners welcomed and said goodbye to us in such a warm and friendly way. We will definitely be coming back.
