"A warm greeting and fabulous stay at Abingdon House"

A wonderful greeting by friendly hosts Shona and Billy. They were extremely helpful with with my car problems when we arrived. We had a quiet, clean, comfortable room with a little dressing area and spacious bathroom with lots of little finishing touches. A mini fridge with fresh milk was a nice touch with a range of tea and coffee. We had a lovely, freshly cooked breakfast each morning with a variety of choice combinations. Abingdon House is in a good location for trains and buses and close enough to walk into Torquay for beaches and dinner. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to friends visiting the area.

I liked the exceptional service and friendliness of Billy and Shona. All respect to Billy and Shona for the tasteful refurbishment of the guesthouse and for maintaining this level since.

There were no issues that would have caused me to dislike anything about Abingdon House or Billy and Shona.

Super sympathische Gastgeber, die ihre Arbeit mit Herzblut machen. Das Frühstück, das man einen Tag vorher aussuchen konnte, war sehr lecker und schön anzusehen. Man fühlte sich einfach sehr willkommen.

Die Lage hatten wir uns etwas näher am Hafen/Wasser gewünscht.
