Abingdon House

Location was great. Breakfast was exceptional, and hosts were outstanding. Hospitality 10/10. Hosts couldn't do enough for us. Very attentive, and informal about recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Wouldn't change anything. It was perfect and very well organised and thought out - for the benefit of everyone.

Helen and Scott were brilliant hosts, very friendly and helpful. We chose breakfast from a menu the evening before, and it was served the following morning as ordered: hot and delicious. Our stay was exceptional vfm.

The guesthouse is well presented, clean and an attractive property. However, it's distance from the seafront and town, its location on a busy road and opposite a petrol station were disappointing. Not anyone's fault, just an observation we made.

The warm welcome, the little touches in the room. The excellent breakfast and nothing was too much for the hosts. When mentioning what we were doing during the day and was a little unsure Helen Googled it and came back with the answer.
