The view , the room was beautiful and I loved there was a bar and restaurant on property

Los de recepción no se manejan bien con el TPV, se cobraron la reserva dos veces, luego no contestaban para subsanar el error, tuve que contactar con booking y con visa para hacerlo y cuando me iban a hacer la devolución se lo volvieron a cobrar, al final tardaron una semana en subsanar el error. Y al llegar me pedían copia de mi tarjeta con cvc incluido lo cual me parece una temeridad. Espero no encontrarme con ningún cargo sorpresa.

The location was ideal and the restaurant was good.

Great location away from the main busy area, but close enough that it was easy access. Kids loved the pool.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked facilities. Just 2 standard double beds for a family of 4, beds were uncomfortable and so were the pillows. We thought we would have a kitchenette, but that wasn't the case, some of the photos don't representthe actual room you'reallocated. It was noisy as you could hear all the other guests coming and going. It was difficult to get luggage up and down to the room. We mentioned we'd like to upgrade to a bigger room, but there were none available. We made it work, but overall we were disappointed with the room.
