Très bel hotel avec des chambres tres personnalisées. Un beau rooftop bien végétalisé. Un bon accueil aux petits soins: on na pu mettre une bouteille au réfrigérateur et utiliser des verres a champagne pour boire sur le rooftop On a eu droit a une playlist musicale française pendant notre petit dejeuner Le plus est le Spa disponible gratuitement sur rendez vous

La baignoire et le Spa commencent a être un peu anciens et présentent des fissures

Que las fotos no corresponden en su totalidad con lo que es el lugar, en las fotos se ve un lugar muy agradable, las fotos que publican solo muestran algún espacio del hotel, en general es un edificio viejo, con algunos detalles remodelados, pero en general descuidad y con un aspecto de antiguo o viejo con personal amable pero muy poco capacitado, se tardaron mucho en darnos la habitación

Excelente atención. Magnifica localización. El centro de Qro esta muy limpio, bien cuidado y seguro Buen desayuno Olvide mi lap top y me hablaron para avisar que quedaria en su resguardo

Estacionamiento algo lejos ... pero en el centro de Qro no hay otra forma Es una casona vieja remodelada ... acabados rusticos, pero no inconvenientes No recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad
