"For the price I would have preferred a nicer, bigger hotel."

Breakfast was OK; the food was rather cold. The location was very good.

They completely missed the booking of the taxi from the hotel to the airport. I repeatedly confirmed the date and time for the taxi, i.e., 2:30 AM. They booked it for 2:30 PM.?????????

"Excellent waling distance to Centro Historical."

It was very quite, with the exemption of a guest's dog barking a night. The staff was vey accommodating friendly, especially the general manager, who was also the cook. Food was delicious.

Nothing not to like.

"Queretaro was the surprise of my 10-day trip in the central highlands and this hotel was a major reason why I enjoyed it"

Excellent location in the center of the city. Extremely good value—I stayed in luxury for less than $100 US. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The hotel has a lovely courtyard and a roof garden with hot tub.

"Horrible"

AC not working. Multiple moskitos in the room. Very loud music until 3am. Incompetent and unfriendly personal. 30 minutes for check-in. Asked if I can cancel my second night. This was refused despite the above mentioned points. I booked another hotel anyway and paid twice just to avoid to stay another night in this hotel.
