"Superb"

This hotel has excellent location, wonderful breakfast and the rooftop deck is an inviting space to relax. The best part of my stay, however, was the massage by Flor. She was fantastic - one of the best massages I've had in my life and I'm a massage snob! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day of exploring.

The room we had opened up to the walk way which was a little odd but there was very little traffic and it was fine.

The hotel was super cute and they prepared the jacuzzi especially for us. The free breakfast was a nice addition.

"If returning to Queretaro I will choose this hotel again."

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. The lady (Emma) very kind and helpful. Super comfortable queen bed in a room. The other bed was in a separate area. Shower space was very large and super efficient. The patio and the terrace were full of plants and flowers. Very serene atmosphere.

I would avoid the use of so many non washable pillows in silk and velvet on the beds.

"I would highly recommend staying here"

Love this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help. The breakfast was promptly served at the designated time, and it was really good and filling.

The wifi barely worked at night
