I loved everything about Palms Cove Resort. Staff were fantastic, food was great. Rooms were super clean, modern and everything worked. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Apart from the pickup issue, the stuff was really nice, welcoming and helpful. Great location!

We booked a hotel pickup from the port that didn’t appear, it was so late, so no one responded when we tried to reach out. The big issue was, that the staff ignored it the entire duration of our stay there, no one mentioned it like it never happened. WiFi is really weak
