Nice Swan Hotel

Close to the down town. Fast check in and basic facilities. With steady hot water and cool air conditioner. If you don't mind the noise from the building site just opposite to the building, it is a fair good hotel with price to value in term. By the way, no safe box inside the room meant you need to deposit them in front desk with a plastic blended by plastic band.

Alors emplacement de hôtel vraiment bien après le reste catastrophique : Bouteilles d'eau du frigo jamais remplacer, verre utilisé jamais laver, du sang sur les draps, ménage bâclé, personnel super désagréable pour exemple ménage fait mais il oubli de mettre des draps leurs réponses ok même pas de pardon et encore moins de mots en plus juste ok ! À 7h du matin les femme de ménage parle super fort et ce foute de savoir si vous dormez ! fenêtre absolument pas insonorisées et encore moins les portes des chambres. Ménage piscine jamais fait non plus 4 jours qu'une canette de bière et une serviette sale traîne honteux comme hotel pour moi en vu du prix ! Hotel à 10 euros la nuit ok pas plus !

I had top floor room with balcony great views good size very small bathroom lift only goes to 12 floor so you have to walk last flight this still would have been great except for Building of large hotel opposite with 24 hour construction mates stayed on 9th floor in a double good size & quiet with swimming pool on same floor Reception very good with good English all staff very friendly & accommodating great location at great rates. If you go on 4 Island tour DON"T HAVE THE FREE COCKTAILS If you do you will pay for it trust me.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at in Vietnam and also the most expensive! It is in a great location but the staff are not friendly and there is a construction site across the road which is being worked on pretty much 24/7. We hardly had any sleep and the rooms are so basic and unhomely! The receptionist called us at 7:30am just to ask if we had paid yet for our laundry!!

The location was very good since there were night markets and stores nearby. However, there was construction across the street so I couldn't sleep and the beds and towels were dirty. The bathroom stinks and the sewer was on the other side of the bathroom from the shower stand so the whole bathroom gets wet. The receptionists are not reliable since they did not give me the morning call requested. Their pool is also small and dirty. I would not go to this hotel again :(

Had a great stay room was clean and well presented, nice hotel at a good price. Our rooms toilet however wasn't refilling with water, a slight malfunction that was a huge deterrence from a decent stay!

생각보다 방이나 화장실이 깔끔해서 놀랐다. 미니냉장고 물은 유료. 에어컨 시원하고 와이파이 무난함. 수영장은 이용못해서 평가불가. 얼리체크인은 반나절 숙박비 지불하면 가능함. 쇼핑몰, 나이트마켓, 식당, 콩카페, 비치 등 가까움. 직원들은 딱 사무적임. 엘리베이터를 기다리던 우리들을 막아세우고 다른손님 케리어 끌고 본인이 먼저타고 우리보고 다른걸 타라던 무례한 직원도 있음. 체크아웃하고 짐보관가능하며 공용화장실에서 샤워도 가능함. 호텔이 깔끔했으나 마지막날 로비에서 팔뚝만한 쥐를봄. 작은 돌 조형물 분수?에서 나와 공용pc 테이블 아래로 들어갔으니 주의바람. 같은층에 중국인지 베트남인지 모를 손님들이 윗옷벗고 방문을 열어두어 생활하며 담배를 피워대서 불편했음. 냄새가 방에도 은근슬쩍들어옴. 방에 아예 잿떨이가 있는것으로보아 그냥 실내흡연이 가능한 호텔같음. 콩카페 길건너 20k하는 망고쉐이크 맛있음. 투게더 한식당 옆에 숯불고기 굽는 로컬식당에 반미 맛남.

I booked only 1 night to stay here but it was terrible. Our room was full of ants even though we didn't have any food or sugar. I called the receptionist to claim about this and she said there was 1 guy would go and check. After he found out ants, he intended to use raid ant killer.... and that's it! I said I wanna change our room then the receptionist agreed to change another room for us finally. However, this hotel was next to a construction so it was so noisy for me to relax... I booked this hotel on Agoda costed 400.000 VND.

we stayed there for three nights. The receptionist said they had to keep my passport and rejected to give it back to me when we asked him. He asked me not to worry. I then travelled in Nha Trang without my passport. On the day we left, they forgot to return my passport when checkout and I left very rushly for catching the flight and forgot my passport. They said they could come and pass my the passport but they needed money for the travel!!! We were so scared and at the same time the taxi driver cheated our money. We found enormous amount of ants in the hotel room. When you put any drink or food on the table, thousands of ants would come in a second!!! We also found a cockroach and told the cleaner who come to do room service. He stepped on the cockroach without cleaning it and went away!!!! What hotel is it please do go!!!!

They will try to rob you. SO BE CAREFUL.. I should announce I live in Vietnam and I know the price of a ticket from Nha Trang to Saigon = soft seat 215k. So, when I asked the price after noticing the signage at reception that they sell tickets they quoted 400k. Okay, A little commission is fine but to almost double the price is very rude. Anyway, I needed my passport back to head to the train station and arange my own ticket. In order to get my passport back I needed to leave 1.5mil behind as security. Which I did. After returning back to reception within two hours the same receptionist tried to convince me that I only left 1mil deposit and that she did not know about the other 500k. Did she think I came down in the last rain??? What an idiot to think that I did not know what this aweful reception is trying to do. Make money any which way from any foriegner not thinking there would be a consequence. So here it is! Do not try the reception!! They have their own agenda and it is not in inline with the rest of the amazing operations that do a great job of servicing foriegners in this great country. Please note the 2nd star is actually for the quality of room and bedding. It was a really comfortable nights sleep for the one and only night I will stay.
