Nice Swan Hotel

Stayed in Nice SWan hotel for 2 nights, the staff was nice the room not so much. Our room was really small, there is a construction next to the hotel and they work 24 hours so gets really noisy. We complaint to the reception which kindly give us a small discount on the room for the second night.

10층에 묵었고, 일행은 7층에 묵었어요. 수영장은 생각보다 작음. 3일 머물렀는데. 하루는 정전이라 10층에서 걸어 내려왔어요 ㅜㅜ..... 그리고 빨래비용 지불했는데 카운터 직원이 나중에 돈이 안맞아서 안냈다고 헛소리를 해서 실갱이를 좀 했네요. 결국cctv돌려서 확인해서 더 주진 안았지만 기분은 이미 상했네요. 전체적인 시설깔끔하고 위치 좋고, 추천은 할만합니다. 단 개미는 조심해야되니 음식물을 방안에서 드시는건 추천안해요.

A great location in the centre of the city. If you want peace and quiet though this is not the place for you. Close to the markets and loads of restaurants around the hotel. Great night life all around you, so if you want to party you are at the right place!

I had a family trip in Nha Trang from 24 to 27 Dec 2016. I chose Nice Swan Hotel is the place that my family will stay in period time of this trip. Nice Swan Hotel is very nice with the best price, located in center of Nha Trang made you take 2 minutes to walk from hotel to Nha Trang night market & the beach at Tran Phu street, so many food shop, convenient shop around. The Nice Swan Hotel's receptionist is friendly, resourceful, lovely. Room & Bathroom is good, Wifi is not good because of weak and irregular. Summary I am rating for Nice Swan Hotel is excellent and I will be back and use service of Nice Swan Hotel when having the next trip in Nha Trang.

Right in the centre of bustling town. Rooms great size with plenty of room. Convenience store couple of doors away and the beach a couple of streets away. We were travelling with 2 very young children and unfortunately the breakfast selection was not what we expected, luckily there were so many restaurants within walking distance that we could choose from.

Værelset var ret lille, og da vi var en familie på 4, med to tasker, to klapvogne blev det meget trangt. Der var utrolig lydt, og mange højlydte gæster, der ikke tog hensyn. Der bliver bygget nyt lige overfor, hvilket også gav meget støj til kl.23

Location is excellent, very convenience to everywhere, such as night market, city sight seeing, large department store, by walk about 30-40mins, by bus or taxi about 10mins, to beach only 5mins

일단 방이나 화장실 복도 등등 청결에 신경쓰는 모습이었구요 새벽에 도착해서 얼리체크인 안되면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 당연하다는듯 체크인 해주었습니다..호텔위치또한 상당히좋았구요 유일한 단점은 로비에서 일하는 직원들이네요 친절하다는 느낌을 전혀 받을수없었습니다 ㅎ 그래도 이가격에 이정도의 호텔이라면 다시 갈의향은 있습니다

대체적으로 가격대비 아주 만족합니다. 야시장도 가깝고 바닷가도 가깝고 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 조금 부실한것은 조식은 비추입니나. 그외 모든것이 만족 스러웠습니다.

I've booked this hotel through expedia to stay for two days one night. Though the view from the room was great but the service here was terrible. 1) Booked a deluxe room and paid another additional guest fee since there were 5 of us and the room is just enough for 4 pax. But when i wanted to check-in, they insisted that we did not pay and want us to pay 100,000 vnd for an additional roll-away bed. 2) One of the staffs said he will arrange to move in additional bed for us and check with expedia regarding the above matter but no action was taken. 3) Only 2 towels were given for a 4+1 pax room!?!? 4) The tv controller is not working.
