Hotel Neue Post - 4 Sterne Superior

Wir sind sehr dankbar für den hervorragenden Service und den wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der direkte Zugang zum Außenpool war ein echtes Highlight. Die Betten und Kissen waren außergewöhnlich bequem, und es war angenehm warm im Zimmer. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank gilt der Familie, die dieses Hotel mit viel Herz und einer spürbaren Liebe zum Detail führt. Die Geschichte des Hauses hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet: ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit großer Auswahl sowie zusätzliche Gerichte für jeden Geschmack. Ein großes Kompliment an das Küchenteam. Sehr praktisch ist der regelmäßige Shuttle-Service zum Skilift, der alle 15 Minuten fährt. Außerdem gibt es einen Skiraum mit beheizten, abschließbaren Schränken für jedes Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich mit Saunen und Innenpool ist hervorragend. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über den Spielraum für Kinder sowie den Billardtisch. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, außerdem gibt es eine Ladestation für Elektroautos. Für uns ist klar: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Hotel auf höchstem Niveau, das unserer Meinung nach fünf Sterne verdient.

Such a beautiful hotel, really high quality rooms, bar, faciities. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient, could not fault anything!

Hotel Neue post has become our second home in Mayrhofen - the family run hotel is more than just a hotel, it’s a warm place full of friendship, fun, food and wellness experiences… and if you like me are into wine, this place is heaven!

Excellent hotel. We loved out stay. Staff were amazing. Dinner was great with lots of menu choices. Kids loved the breakfast especially the waffles and we did as well. The owner was very present and focused on a great customer experience. We will return!

We stayed here for 4 nights last week. We had booked a suite with a balcony and were given room 403 in the annexe .This room is on the first floor and overlooks a pedestrian zone , busy street and a church . Cars coming down the street and people can see directly into the room so you need to keep the shutters half closed at least . It’s very noisy at night and as it’s above the ski room it’s also noisy very early in the morning. The church bells felt like they were next to the window. The room is of a good size as is the bathroom and it’s very well cleaned daily but the sofa and chair were almost threadbare . This is not a premium room and in my opinion should not be rented out unless guests are aware of the above faults. We were very disappointed. On a plus side the restaurant is top notch and waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you . The menu is wide and varied and of the highest quality . Unfortunately on the last 2 evenings our meals were spoilt by the incessant vaping of the guests seated next to us. We did complain loudly and the manager did ask them to stop several times but they simply started again when he was out of site. We didn’t feel listened to and almost made to feel like we were moaning ! Maybe vaping is allowed in Austrian hotels ! The spa is excellent, well maintained and plenty of loungers , cabanas and water beds. Great towels and showers and there’s saunas with costumes and without . It never felt overcrowded. Drinks are very reasonable and the location is perfect to ski with a bus stop right outside . Overall I’d rate the hotel as above average in most respects we were unlucky with our room and our dining vaping experience.
