First, the Staff-soooo wonderful. Dayana was sooo kind,polite and helpful with check-in and tour and ticket assistance. She went above and beyond in helping us! Michelle was awesome in the dining area. The entire staff was great, I didn't get all their names but everyone was friendly and helpful. The guys in the dining area were awesome..good service with food and drinks! Our room, a 1 bedroom suite was super clean and large. Housekeeping was great! Dining was excellent! Take the free hotel airport shuttle. It's runs on schedule and saves money!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

The staff is amazing!!! Truly the best service weve ever had atba hotel and we travel A LOT! Room was spacious! Dayana, Michelle, Stefanie and so many others were the best. Free airport shuttle ran on time and saves money! We took it to and from the SJO airport. Our room was spotless. Thanks Guadalupe!

"Good place to rest up"

After our tour of Costa Rica was over, we stayed at the Courtyard San José Airport for one night, prior to our flight home. The hotel is immaculately clean and very comfortable. There are handy restaurants right across the street in a strip shopping center and we had a great meal in a Japanese place there.
