Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Airport Alajuela

I landed on a late delayed flight. I was initially concerned as the website said that checkin to the hotel closed at midnight but a quick email and an equally quick response got rid of my fears. My room was lovely and exceeded my expectations. Despite the proximity to the airport it wast noisy. I'd definitely stay again.

Nicely located near airport and food options across the street. The bathroom needs safety bars in the shower.

Discourteous ill mannered front desk Horrible experience will not come again to this property staff at desk and manager idiots of first order and narrow minded with no knowledge The poorest of the poor grade can’t go below this —-

The property responds to questions quickly, they have a shuttle service to/from airport, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. They offer a variety of food from a traditional American breakfast to a traditional Costa Rican breakfast.

Great hotel! The chicken I had was rubbery.

They had us waiting at the airport for awhile and we had to take our own taxi because the schedule shuttle from the hotel was not arriving

Convenient for a one night stay. Quiet rooms even though very near to airport Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Breakfast was plentiful. Few restaurants near by if you don’t want to eat in the hotel.
