The location, size, simplicity

No complimentary breakfast or option to have a room with a kitchen so you can cook own food especially when staying for extended periods. Also no option to use a gym to workout.

This is what resorts use to be like. It is still in excellent condition. A real key to the door, pleasant people at the check in desk and wonderful views. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant, Nor'easter Lobster Pound, which is adjacent was wonderful. We usually find restaurants that are part of the hotel property to be less than satisfying but that was not the case here. One of the two owners is a lobster man so the lobster could not have been fresher.

The inn is very well maintained! The cleaning crew does an excellent job. Everything was spotless!

We loved everything! I'm not kidding. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back!!
