The staff and manager are very nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s beyond our expectations. We wish we should have stayed longer than we did in Portland. Only small issue of missing 1 day of room service but they apologized and fixed it.

Quiet room until the last night when new “neighbors” were noisy. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. It was convenient for walking into town and not having to drive or park. I appreciated the parking but as a stargazer, when I returned late night/early morning - there was no parking. I parked it next to the front entrance. I reached out to management and they stated I could have parked in the lot adjacent to the lodgings as that space was also their property. This should be shared with guests in case they find themselves looking for parking in a full lot at 2am. All in all, the staff were kind, helpful, and the room was

Alert guests that they are allowed to park in the adjacent lot (restaurant/grocery store) if the parking lot for the lodgings is full. Knowing this would have made the night I got back late a little easier.

Good location, affordable, friendly front-desk, free coffee in the reception area. Walls were very thin, but not an issue if you’re using this as just a base for Acadia/Bar Harbor.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr schön und der Swimming Pool ausreichend für eine kurze Abkühlung. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr komfortabel.

Der Terrassenplatz vor dem Zimmer hat keine Sonne, da er nach Norden ausgerichtet ist, was wir ein bisschen schade fanden, da wir im Oktober dort waren.

Not a lot of insulation between rooms. Can hear above
