Great location on the beach and lots of amenities close to it.

The check in process was confusing.

We loved stay here! We were steps away from the beach where we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Although I don’t think that beach was swimmable. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a TV, comfy couches and the bed was very comfortable. Great location with lots of shops less than 20 mins away. There is a washer and dryer on site. Be warned there is no A/C but there were a couple of fans and the sea breeze to help cool you off. At night it got pretty chilly no trouble sleeping. My one suggestion would be to get a shower curtain liner. :) everything else was great

Livin by the beach!!! one of the best properties I have stayed in, felt like home and we loved how it was apartment-hotel style. having our own washer and dryer and having a kitchen where we can make home-cooked meals was just so great. Having our own quiet beach was such an amazing experience. Will definitely be back

Great location for getting around and for easy food shopping when you needed it, as well as access to the beach and great see views! We arrived late evening (later than scheduled) and Patty was great in making sure we could get into the property ok. Thank you!

I don’t think there was anything of any note that I could say was bad about the property.

Getting to the condo from the airport was very easy! The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. Fabulous location if you plan to visit/tour as much of Kauai as you can. The condo had lovely ocean breezes with all windows/french doors open. Fabulous to fall asleep every night to the sound of true ocean waves crashing vs my normal sound machine. LOVE the washer/dryer in the unit, we travel light so having a washer and dryer is always a must in the places we rent. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are lovely. The "den" area is actually perfect for a 2nd bedroom. My daughter pulled out the sleeper and was thrilled to partition us off by closing her doors. The balcony area was lovely and were we had breakfast every morning. Have a full kitchen is fabulous to have we can cook meals quickly to continue exploring or come home late and still make meals fairly quickly. This property is truly a lovely, low key, down to earth, laid back condo.

Overall, I loved the property and would stay again. Things that would have put 10's across the board at this property..... 1. Checkin- I wish Booking.com and/or the property management would do better is clearly state the physical address of where one needs to go to pickup the key/checkin as it is NOT at the address listed in Booking.com. In the end, while it's close by, it still took me 20-30 minutes to figure it out (with the help of a nearby resort) . **This is a super simple fix on the property or booking.com's part. 2. Wine opener- Unsure who the wine opener walked away with, but I really disliked having dinner blazing, one kid in the shower, and not being able to find a wine opener! Thankfully, the nice ladies in the condo beside me saved me and allowed me to borrow theirs!! Again- super easy fix. One that I'm confident the owner/property manager was unaware. **Many other reviews commented on the lack of dishes/etc. There are only place settings for 4, but it didn't bother me at all as there is fabulous hot water and a dishwasher that I ran every day. Super easy.

Maintenance stole a bracelet off the coffee table. The kitchen was not well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Garbage disposal dudnt work upon arrival. Called for maintenance. It took several hours for them to show. We decided to leave. That's when they took a valuable bracelet left on the coffee table. No safe. Property was notified. No response.
