Es war super von Empfang bis zu dem restlichen Personal. Immer freundlich und ein lächeln. Die zimmer sind schick und sauber aber der Sessel war doch sehr kaputt und Sowas müsste man sofort austauschen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es wurde immer schnell alles ausgefüllt. Es gab sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft.

"בית על העץ"

לקחנו חדר שמוגדר כבית על העץ המתחם נמצא צמוד למלון, מרחק הליכה רב יחסית מהחניה של אורחי המלון אבל קרוב יחסית לחניה של אורחי החוץ שמשתמשים במתקני המלון (שהיה מלא לאורך כל היום). המתחם נמצא סמוך למלון ומגודר בנפרד והכניסה אליו עם הכרטיס של החדר, לא הייתה לנו לאורך כל השהות מעבר לצ'ק אין והצ'ק אווט לא ראינו עובדי מלון. בקבלה שמו אותנו בבית האחרון על העץ, זו הייתה הליכה ארוכה יחסית וזה ממש לא היה נוח עם מזוודות. ביקשנו לעבור חדר אבל טענו שכל החדרים מלאים לאורך השהות שלנו ואין מה לעשות, אנחנו לא ראינו עוד אורחים במתחם הזה והרושם היה שהוא דיי נטוש והם סתם תקעו אותנו שם. בגלל שהחדר הוא על העץ נידרש לעלות אליו במדרגות, אין דרך אחרת ולכן זה לא מתאים למי שאינו מסוגל לעלות ברגל או לסחוב את המזוודות שלו מהחדר או לחדר. הבעיה הגדולה יותר הייתה שהמים החמים מוגבלים, ערב אחד חזרנו מטיול מאוחר ולא היה בכלל מים חמים, התקשרנו לקבלה ואמרו שישלחו טכנאי, אבל זה היה אמצע הלילה ואף אחד לא עדכן אותי מתי הוא יגיע ופשוט הלכנו לישון בלי להתקלח ובלי תשובות. השירות הקבלה היה נחמד אבל נראה שזה נחמדות מאולצת, כשאמרנו על הבעיות שהיו לנו והתלוננו על החדר המרוחק זה לא באמת עניין את מישהו. למלון הזה לא נחזור. החוות דעת מדברת על החדרים על העץ יש עוד חדרים רגילים בתוך המלון ואני מניח ששם החוויה שונה.

"Klasse Hotel mit guter Lage"

+ freundliches Personal + gute Lage direkt an der Autobahn und trotzdem ruhig + interessantes Ambiente ("Hüttenfeeling", Skihalle) + außreichende und kostenfreie Parkplätze + aktuelle und hochwertige Einrichtung - Frühstücksauswahl an Quark/Joghurtprodukten könnte vielfältiger sein - Kaffee extrem bitter

Such a fun and unexpected place to stay and enjoy a "ski vacation" not far from home. Everything is so clean and nicely decorates, the staff is nice and the food is super tasty!
