Hotel Le Rocce

Our travel company booked us at this hotel. It is in a beautiful location with views. To get to the lobby, one must lug their bags up about 9 stone steps, enter an elevator which takes one to the lobby. After check-in, you must carry your luggage up a few more stairs to access the elevator to the rooms. We found the staff to be a tad snooty led by their arrogant manager. I forget the guys name even though he slowly spelled it for us; his parents used to run the hotel & now he does. A bit pretentious to say the least. The hotel does not provide assistance with luggage which is fine. However, an elder person in our group told us she was trying to get her suitcase up the steps, the manager walked right by her without offering any help. That is inexcusable. The restaurant was closed when we were there necessitating everyone to walk down the narrow streets in the dark to get to another restaurant. I'd spend my money at a place that provides some friendliness & assistance.

Well maintained, beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable and all staff are very welcoming. It’s also close to the trailhead for Trail of the Gods.

So many positives at this hotel Immaculately clean rooms Wonderful buffet breakfast Friendly and helpful staff (Salvatore and his team were brilliant) Cold but fab swimming pool (we’re hardy Brits and love a bit of cold water swimming!) Some down sides for us … The dining room was closed for our stay. We had been looking forward to the excellent cooking there. Walk along a busy road in the evenings to get to the restaurants There were a couple of really noisy events at the hotel during our stay. The beautiful tiled floors throughout look fabulous but mean sound echoes around the building. Overall a great hotel and our comments here are merely observations. It was a fab starting point for our week of walking around the Amalfi coast.

Hotel staff were so friendly! The room was very clean and we had a great view! Food was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

very healthy breakfast with lots of veggies and protein! Very tasty! The view is amazing top of the mountain and sea view, thank you very much for taking us to the bus station when it was huge rain! Will definitely go back for longer stay. Very recommended!

Great breakfast and outstanding view

Vi havde booket to nætter på Hotel Le Rocce og havde et fantastik ophold. Vi fik et værelse på 3 sal med udsigt over vandet og udsigten var virkelig smuk. Personalet var yderste venlige og imødekommende. Da vi ankom, blev vi taget i mod af manageren, som tilfældigt var på parkeringspladsen. Han hjalp med vores kufferter og tjekkede os ind. Tror aldrig vi har haft en sådan velkomst på et hotel.
