Very kind staff, food was amazing, the place was clean and the spa was very nice.

Says that the employees speak English…we tried to ask for laundry services and the employee started to look up what we were saying on her cell phone. We asked for ice a couple times and she had no idea what we were saying so we went to the bar to ask. We were there on the weekend so maybe the English speaking employees only work during the week. Overall a nice stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for anyone going to an event at Grouama stadium. Food choices were great and we enjoyed the pool, spa and excersize room. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We stayed at the Kyriad while in Lyon for the Rugby World Cup. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable, however, while it is rated a 4-star hotel we found some items of furniture and general areas were dated and in need of replacement with carpet stained, refrigerator not cold and upholstery on our chair falling off. While the location was good for access to the stadium via car (9 minutes) and the airport (15 minutes) it was terrible in relation to public transport and was isolated if you did not have a car with no access to shops, attractions or restaurants in walking distance. What was incredible about the hotel were the staff (reception and bar) who were friendly, informative and very helpful. Specifically a young woman on reception who provided us with all the information we needed at check in (without any prompting) and helped us with all our needs with a cheerful attitude, making us feel very welcome.

I thought it being closer to the airport would be a less expensive fare but I had to pay €40 on a 14 mile trip. The spa is very nice but the staff didn't inform me I could go into the sauna until I asked about later on. I paid for a foot massage very good worth the price but I also paid for a manicure it wasn't worth the price it was mainly massaging my hands versus trimming my nails. In my room was very clean but the carpet seemed to be heavily stained with dark spots all over. The area surrounding the hotel is all industrial if you're interested in staying longer it's best to have a vehicle. I found the restaurant & bar very expensive and not worth the price the only thing I liked was the breakfast buffet everything else in the restaurant wasn't as appealing. I'd spent way less on french cuisine and received the best food especially in a city known for Gourmet cooking. The waiters were very friendly but I do wish that I could replace a dish if I don't like it or the waiters be more descriptive on dishes to help give the guest the best option for their taste buds. The arcade is non-existent but their is plenty of activities which I'd enjoyed. The satellite TV has many channels that are unavailable and for it on satellite you'd expect a ton of channels but theirs only a had full. The funny thing is I get more channels at home and it's on an antenna, over the air broadcast.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always reliable. Plenty of parking, the hotel and room is clean and the rooms are a good size. You must plan to eat before you arrive. The food available in the restaurant is ok but you should plan to eat elsewhere if you’d like a good meal.

Nice and clean and the room was very spacious.

Love this room, comfortable bed, staff was amazing, gym amazing, bar and restaurant, free parking, safe and quiet.

Excellent restaurant on site. Very quiet. Bed and pillows were not comfortable, too hard.
