Very nice set up, kind and caring staff, lovely place would stay again Only small issue was our pick up was 30 minutes late

Loved my stay here, the lady at the front was amazing great drinks super helpful has answers to all questions. I’d recommend to stay here, really enjoyed my stay here and the staff was great

Friendly, informative staff, in a convenient location, lovely decor, and some lovely touches to our room service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, well maintained and a really nice place to stay in Santorini. We had minor issues that the hot water hadn't been turned on in our room as we were the first guests of the season, and reception was never manned when we wanted to enquire about this. Someone was able to sort this on the third day and was informed that we should call the number listed as "for emergencies" for concierge services, which felt like somewhat contradictory advice. The beds were also too soft for my taste, and I woke up every morning with a backache.

Wonderful hospitality, knowledgeable staff, pleased with the cleanliness, very close to town, free parking, would definitely stay again and will surely recommend to friends and family!

Difficult to find in working class neighborhood. Upon finding hotel in my rental car, found two unmarked, gated dirt parking lots next to hotel. Then, looking for reception, you're confronted with several doors, none marked for reception. Figure it out. Good: Room was spacious, really two rooms. Not so good: My 'ocean view' is actually several urban blocks to the water. Both of the room's front and rear windows are exposed to up-close views to pedestrians passing-by. Yet, there's no translucent curtains--so its up-close exposure to your neighbors or no sunlight in your room. Also, not a single cup in the room. An no trash can. Except for the one next to the toilet for you soiled toilet paper (yech!). Hear everything from room above, down to conversations and coins dropping on the floor. Breakfast OK, only egg is hard boiled. Served on trays where I was called from my poolside table to the kitchen to fetch myself. Very disappointing.

The management was wonderful. There is no elevator so you definitely have to be in shape for the stairs. Ants over took my bed

We stayed at hotel Nikolas for a week during covid 2020 and found it to be spotlessly clean and they followed the guidelines precisely. Our duplex room was just gorgeous! Comfortable bed, great shower & fresh towels daily. The pool & pool area was lovely & clean and refreshing with a cute pool bar. The lady who runs the hotel, Eve, was friendly & extremely helpful, always happy to help and gave us some great information on the local area. The location was really good too, just 0.8 mile walk from Fira but you could also catch the bus at the top of the road if you didn’t want to walk. And because we were that little bit out of the centre the local bars & restaurants around the hotel were considerably cheaper than those in the centre of Fira. All in all, I can’t fault hotel Nikolas in any way. I will definitely stay here again!
