Dejlig hotel med venlig personale, altid smilende og hjælpsom. Der er dog nogle larm på hotellet, fra de andre gæster, da værelserne er meget lyt.. Men alt i alt, fint hotel. Kommer helt klart tilbage

Front desk staff were not welcoming nor friendly at all. They were yelling at guests by the desk in 3 different occasions. Even for wake up call, they'll cut you off when you're speaking even if you're not done talking yet. On one occasion we were brought to Jungceylon by a different shuttle and was supposed to be picked up at 5pm. The shuttle that came back was a different one let alone there was no label thus, we've missed it. When my husband called the hotel, the staff at the front desk said "it's not our problem." - ridiculous as she did not even apologize for the confusion. All of them need to be trained on hospitality 101. It was absurd since they should be the most hospitable people in the hotel considering they are the front liners. My family and I will never go back to this hotel despite the fact this is affiliated with our vacation club.

The access to the room from the lobby was not very good, the bathroom was dirty and smalll, there was no tea making facilities in the room and the guests were noisy late at night, would not stay there again

At expedia.com the hotel had indicated that the room would be suitable for up to 3 children. It looked like a relatively inexpensive offer. Once we got to the hotel, they clarified what they meant by "the room was suitable for up to 3 children". It was only true if you were willing to pay US$17 extra per child. Under these circumstances, they became quite an expensive proposition. Their sales practices are deceptive. If their tactics were ok, they could offer the room without a door and with, for example, one wall missing. For US$100 extra, they would install them extra. They indeed managed to mislead us. They want to outsmart their customers, but they are going too far. What they are doing, is called FRAUD. I will request expedia.com to shut down their advert for the duration of the investigation. I think that they already did.

Séjour agréable. Chambre pas du tout comme sur la photo. Vieillotte. Accès à la chambre par escalier tres tres hauts. Belle vue. Mais petit soucis tout de même sur le dernier jour avec le transfert vers Koh phi phi.

Not a fancy or high quality hotel but it has all you expect with the price you paid for. Clean rooms and very friendly staff make this hotel even a little bit better than similar priced ones. Avoid the breakfast and you will have a decent stay.

The Royal Crown was at first appearing OK, but as we stayed there they had maintenance work carried out from early mornings on the upper floors using jack hammers and angle grinders. It was unbelievable noisy and offensive. The toilets over flowed, never have I experienced such a disaster.

Pleasantly surprised that the staff at the hotel speaks good English. They almost always understand our English. Basic hotel room. Big bed, nice. Good price for room and breakfast included. Nice breakfast and the people at the restaurant walked us to the hote with a large umbrella to avoid the rain. Judy and Larry
