Royal Crown Hotel & Palm Spa Resort

the hotel is old and in dire need of some TLC, good value for money but if you can afford I would stay elsewhere...

The view is very nice, looking out over Patong and the ocean. Other than that, the hotel feels like it was really nice 20 years ago, and then no one has done anything to update or renovate in since. The rooms are incredibly dated, and only passable on the comfort level. The rest of the hotel has a deserted feeling to it. The staff is nice, but has very little ability to do anything for you, including things that should be easy fixes. One day the internet was not working, so I asked about it at the front desk and they said it might work tomorrow, or maybe not, it does this often. If you want this lever of room and service there are hundreds of places half the price in the area. I would not stay here again.

Hotel facility is not bad, it has own pools but no wifi in the room. Room looks old fashioned and water is not hot enough for shower. Door locker is difficult to open but that's not a big deal for me. They provide free shuttle bus to shopping mall.

離海灘有些距離，但散步過去20分鐘是可以接受。但房間沒有熱水壺等等，許多設備都很陳舊。

The hotel too old,many facilities in the hotel and the room is spoiled.The staff is rude and impolite,totally attitude problem!

酒店位於市中心,但離巴東海灘稍遠,又在山上,要上斜坡,但價格便宜,附近也有不少食肆,走到巴東也不太遠.而且酒店在11時後有免費巴士接送到海灘,直到晚上11時多,又提供大毛巾到海灘使用,十分貼心.酒店也有泳池可供使用,十分超值.

Travelled to Phuket with my friends and stayed in this hotel. It's located about 2 kms away from Patong beach. Service was really good from hotel staffs. Rooms were very cleanly kept and beautiful view from each rooms.. Swimming pool is a great attraction also the spa facilities. Great pick if you want an amazing hotel with great value for money. Highly recommend !!

Amazing place, worth the cost, many facilities and transfers to the downtown

When you walk into the hotel, you will see its not been updated since the 70s. After you get over this you'll relise the rooms are very clean with no bugs at all and the pool is nice. Ask yourself what more do you need. The staff are great and there is a nice English owned pup across the road. Everything in the hotel is reasonably priced and the free borrow of beach towels is very useful. There is Internet on every floor but as soon you step into a room it vanished. That being said just stand at ur door like I did. All in all I'd go there again as Thailand blows minds!!!!

I HAD A FANTASTIC STAY THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL AND THE SWIMMING POOL WAS VERY RELAXING WITH THE WHIRPOOL. I LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING THERE ON MY NEXT TRIP. THANK-YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR A EXCELLENT HOLIDAY!
