Royal Crown Hotel & Palm Spa Resort

my boyfriend and I booked this hotel for 7 days,at the begining they gave us a room that for the price u pay u wouldnt like to stay for 7 days. we asked to reception to change the room and with no problems they give us another much better! it was like a bungalow with your big terrace,massive double bed and plenty of space to organice your staff around. the location it was good enough for us,the beach ,bussy area,market...was 10 min walk and always nice to be back to the hotel and have a relax spot if u dont mind to walk a bit up hill! ;) good exercise! rooms were a bit old but good enough,we extended 3 days more our time at the hotel at the end! we had a good time there!

Its an old dilapidated hotel. Muck in the toilet, half torn towels, and poor POOR service. Was promised the manager will attend soonest possible but never turned up in 5 days. Not recommended.

Very disappointed , as soon as my family step in they were shocked , it's an old building no luxury and my husband starts yelling at me for choosing this hotel. On the website it looks amazing but in real it's not . Paying heaps for something not worth it

В отеле уже останавливались раньше, поэтому знали, где будем жить. В этот раз нас разместили в шале. Просторный номер со своей террасой и с видом на горы понравился - ощущение тишины и простора . Отель конечно староват и достаточно далеко до пляжа, если кто то напрягается ходить, то это нужно иметь ввиду.Три бассейна - один около основного здания, второй и третий у группы номеров на горе. В этот раз завтраки не брали, а по предыдущему заезду - то ничего особенного, как в стандартной трешке. Цена-качество вполне соответствуют. Можно рекомендовать

The pool was out of action for renovations, so that was disappointing, but the reception staff didn't seem to think that mattered,, they said the little pool was open but its 35 Steep steps up and 35 back ,the bus only goes 4 times a day and it is a fair walk into town, the Motel is huge so if you want anything there is lots of walking,,, Not to bad for a cheap price, but not even coffee or tea facilities in the room, and the coffee and food is quite expensive compared to most places..The Bar staff and workers are all lovely but the welcome is very ordinary, and the desk staff didn't seem interested in anything except their phones,, the spa was also out of action..... I was travelling on the cheap but I have been to many hotels and I don't think I will return to that one. If you hired a motor bike

Room fine but hall walld and carpet not do good.Not exactly what we expected. Photos look better than reality.

Stayed for 2 weeks during the school holidays, got two rooms at a discounted rate. Arrived early into Patong, the staff provided one room some 4 hours early without charge. The room rate chosen did not include breakfast, we paid for the breakfast on one morning but then opted for cereal in our room. Hotel lunches were very good value, food was always very good. Room service while limited for options was also inexpensive and good. The staff were very courteous and helpful, providing one room post checkout time for showers etc. In all very happy with the hotel and service, if your after a clean room with a pool on a budget, will not disappoint. If you are after a brand new hotel with ocean views, not for you.

J'ai eu plus l'impression d'être pris pour un pigeon que pour un client, ils vous courent après avec la fiche des prestations supplémentaires pour être payés cach à chaque fois, j'ai due payer tous mes petits dej, en supplément , et je suis persuadé qu'ils étaient compris dans le forfait, ce qui est le cas dans tous les autres hôtels , en tout cas je ne reviendrait pas dans cet hôtel

At very first day we had blocked toilet and they couldnt fix it within 2 days, so unpleasant start for holiday. Saw couple roaches at room, but after killing them everything was fine. AC cant find confortable setting, either too cold or too hot. Breakfast is overpriced to compared to other hotels at Patong. They propably threat you differently, because you have booked your hotel trough hotels.com (Cheap room price = no need service you so good)... Overall I would say that better than average hotel at Patong beach area. Its OK place to stay, but dont expect too fancy stay...

Room was clean, staff were helpful
