Location is perfect. Right in the middle of all attractions. Balcony view of bay was gorgeous.

"Location and view from the rooftop bar with free sunset shots were spectacular!"

Location was absolutely perfect! My "no view" room was actually on the top floor and had a lovely view of the marina (slightly obstructed by the hotel next door but still great). The price was great for the area and included parking and breakfast. Except for one instance, the place was quiet. Right across the street form the beach so no need to pay extra to park for beach access.

Carpet was a little outdated. My bathroom door had obvious water damaged and had not been replaced. Presumably cleaning staff had left a dirty rag under the sink that I didn't find until the day after my arrival. Elevator maintenance started before checkout time of my departure date and I had to carry my luggage down 4 floors.

Had a great time. Location is excellent. It’s in the heart of Clearwater Beach Marina and Beach. Enjoyed our walks on the beach and Pierre. I would definitely come back.
