I booked a deluxe room i with courtyard/seae view October on arrival I was told this was not available and given another room with a view of a brick wall and noise from cafe below was told by staff that room status was changed to superia rooms and none was available but according to website it only had deluxe and standard staff very unhelpful check out after 4 nights very disappointing won't be staying there again

I like location and its restaurant

It's near to the Beach but car entry is not there. Paid ₹150 for a 12 hours parking at Pay and Park which is 500 meters away. Room was below average. Old furniture, hard pillows, pathetic service, no hot water, nobody cares about you.. Worst experience

The staff and the manager helped us with sightseeing, pick up and drop

Place was very cool and nice terrace, in general very nice and very clean except bedsheets.

Main thing was that the bedsheets and pillow case had a lot of stains... Disgusting stains... Apart from that the electricity when I woke up wasn't working. I checked that the main electricity switches were on, but still nothing.
