Location was good

Room, Furniture, Washroom were outdated. Shower was not working properly, Washbasin wasn't convenient to use.

"Very disappointing stay."

Comfortable bed.

I had booked a sea view apartment several months in advance. However when I arrived I was told that there were none available and I was put in another apartment belonging to another hotel with no view of the beach !!

"This is the worse hotel I have ever booked through you. Definitely not a 3star. I would give no star"

Just the location and air conditioning.

No hot water on tap or shower. Dirty sticky surfaces everywhere needs proper soap/ septic clean. Bedding was smelling and not comfortable and the bed was hard. 🐜 on the wall near basin and on the shower wall area including on toilet and toilet seat. I have video of ants crawling on walls and on the toilet. Can only communicate by mobile to get any thing done as the reception is always empty. The phone number on your site is not correct. I had to walk 70 metres to get someone to help with my luggage.
