Hotel Green Plaza Hakone

We had an amazing view of Mt Fuji from the hotel! Great location for the cable car and the staff were lovely & helpful. The room was a great size and it made things so much easier & relaxing having breakfast & dinner included.

There could have been more vegetarian options at the buffet but I ate well enough.

Kæmpe stor og rent værelse. Fantastisk spa og morgen buffet Dejlig natur område med udsigt af Mt. Fuji. Tæt på Hakone ropeway som giver nem adgang til Lake Ashi (Pirateskibs cruise) og den meget berømte sorte æg i Owakudani station.

I really liked this Hotel and its signature, a good place for a rest after going crazy distances in Japan, I really liked the spa and onsen, it was really clean and had everything to treat yourself as princess

Tolles Buffet sogar mit Espresso Maschine und sehr höfliches Personal , Betten und Kissen sehr bequem und der Shuttle Bus fährt zweimal in der Stunde zum Bahnhof

The location and some of the grounds/plantings were beautiful. The view of Mt Fuji was the best but the hotel is really run down and not well kept.

The onsen was not clean and not well-kept. The breakfast and dinner had lots of selections but the quality of food was average and we all got upset stomach after eating there for 2 days even though we were in Japan for 2 weeks already and were fine the whole time eating out every day.

Great location. Beautiful views of Mt. Fugi from our room window.
