Great view of Mt. fuji on clear days, lovely onsen experience, spacious japanese style room and delicious buffett

It would be great a play area for children as i saw a lot of families, it would really be the cherry on top

The location was amazing, next to Owakudani valley and a short bus ride to Hakone ports. The hot spring pool was just amazing with mount Fuji view. Hotel room size was incredibly big, which we enjoyed a lot as we had quite some luggages. Clean rooms and breakfast buffet was superb, a vast choice of different Japanese delicious dishes, drinks and what not.

For some reason the air conditioning in the room was not working, so it was really hot inside.
